Waleed Ouda is a Palestinian writer and novelist, born in Kuwait in 1973. He has a doctorate in Computer Engineering and currently works managing technical projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He has published several academic and literary books, including four novels between 2010 and 2012.
